1. You must be an undergraduate student at UT seeking your
first undergraduate degree.
2. There is a five-year eligibility window. It begins the
first day you attended any College (community college, junior
college, 4-yr college) or University.
3. You must be taking at least twelve (12) hours at UT unless
you are a graduating senior. You are ineligible for League play
if you drop below 12 hours at any point in the semester.
4.You must possess individual medical insurance. This can
be purchased at University Health Services at the Student Services
Building.
Selections:
Selection for the weekend teams will be based on the following
criteria:
1. Your dues status. No pay, no play.
2. Your attendance at practice and games (75% minimum required
to play 1st Side).
3. Attend 2 out of 3 trainings in a single week.
4. Your performance in practice and games.
5. Your participation in assigned weekly and game-day duties.
6. Your attendance at team community service events.

Sports Medicine:
UT Rugby Club members have full access to a team of dedicated doctors,
trainers, nutritionists and pharmacists to prevent injury and return
athletes to safe play as soon as possible after injury. For information
regarding University-provided athletic training, sports medicine
