Just as the University of Texas Rugby Clubs take pride in their drive for victories, they also take great pride in playing an active role in Austin-area communities and organizations. 2006/2007:
On September 29th and 30th, the club helped the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas with their 7th annual Central Texas Buddy Walk.

2005/2006:
On March 26th, the UT Rugby Club helped the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas with their Dash For Downs 5K Race and Fun Walk.

2004/2005:
On October 17th, the UT Rugby Club helped the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas with their annual Central Texas Buddy Walk.

2003/2004:
Texas Rugby Alumni Association 1st Annual Golf Classic 2003, benefitting the Children Advocacy Center of Austin. The alumni were able to donate $1500 to the Center!

2002/2003:
UT Rugby supported the Special Olympics, People's Community Clinic, Kirby Hall School and the Austin Blood and Tissue Center.
